Refuah V'Chesed has a mission to ease the pain of the ill in our community and help them navigate throughout their difficult and challenging experiences.
From the main focus to serve as liaison in the health field, to help the patients understand the medical terms, Refuah V’Chesed will shave off all medical jargon, and explain diagnoses to the patients with absolute clarity. Communicating the right information is the first step to effective treatment.
The Refuah V’Chesed team will explain the illness, and make sure they understand treatments, lifestyle adjustments and keep them informed all the way through.
Then comes the referral team, Refuah V’Chesed has made it their mission to help people see the right specialists, and receive the proper treatment on time. From getting their first scan, MRI or ultrasound to finding the right specialist to follow through.
Refuah V’Chesed will then go the extra mile, deepening the definition of the word “care.” In addition to the main referral department, Refuah V’Chesed will offer an array of case management, transportation and hospitality services. Such services include: transportation to and from appointments, providing Kosher food, entertainment for children and seniors and so much more.
